As an experienced nurse practitioner, you know that endocrine disorders are insidious and can cause numerous complications for patients, so developing exacting differential diagnosis skills is paramount. This updated course will allow you to approach differential diagnosis of common adult endocrine issues from adrenal disorders to osteoporosis with greater confidence and discernment. The content provides an engaging guide to causes, presentation, diagnosis, and management of endocrine issues that affect all systems of the body.

  2. Effectively manage adrenal crises
  3. Assess and provide multidisciplinary care for patients with all types and stages of diabetes
  4. Confidently diagnose and manage causes of thyroid dysfunction and hyperparathyroidism

  8. After successful completion of the quiz, participants must complete a Course Evaluation.
  9. Upon submission of the Course Evaluation, your Continuing Education Certificate will appear for you to print and/or save in PDF format. We strongly recommend that you print or save the certificate immediately, as your certificate will not be stored in your account indefinitely.
