This session presents definitions, clinical attributes, incidence, signs and symptoms, treatment options, and special considerations for common pediatric dermatologic conditions. You will learn key considerations and new developments in the field of pediatric dermatology that will increase your ability to identify pediatric dermatologic conditions and administer safe, successful treatment. The following conditions are covered:

  • Atopic dermatitis/eczema
  • Seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis
  • Diaper dermatitis
  • Viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections

  7. Each quiz includes 5 items to complete in 10 minutes. Participants have a maximum of 3 attempts to pass each exam with a score of 70% or higher.
  8. After successful completion of the quiz, participants must complete a Course Evaluation.
  9. Upon submission of the Course Evaluation, your Continuing Education Certificate will appear for you to print and/or save in PDF format. We strongly recommend that you print or save the certificate immediately, as your certificate will not be stored in your account indefinitely.
