Terms: Online Streaming Courses

We guarantee that attendees will pass their initial national certification exam as long as the exam is taken no less than 3 weeks and no more than 3 months, following taking a Barkley & Associates’ Online Streaming Course or graduation (whichever comes last). *Note that the guarantee is only applicable if you are logged into your course on it’s scheduled day(s), excluding the Review Day.

Barkley & Associates must be notified in writing within 3 weeks of receipt of the score report. Upon notification, the student may take an Online Streaming  Course for free within the next 2 months.

A Confirmation E-Mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered at checkout.

Prices and exact course run times are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Once enrolled for an Online Streaming Course, an attendee may elect to transfer their registration to a different date. To do so, the attendee must submit their request along with a $100 transfer fee to Barkley & Associates. Requests must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the applicable course.

To receive continuing education credit, a student must be logged in and attend all days of their course, excluding the Review Day.

All purchases are FINAL. No refunds will be made for cancellations.

In the very unlikely event of a course cancellation by the company, the registrant will be offered another quality course option or the registrant may choose a full refund of the registration fee. However, Barkley & Associates will not be responsible for additional inconveniences or revenue losses, including but not limited to other potential gains from advanced registration.
