Kelli Garber

Kelli Garber has over two decades of experience in private practice, school-based health, and telehealth. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, her Master of Science degree in advanced practice pediatric nursing from the University of Maryland, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Old Dominion University. She is the lead advanced practice provider and clinical integration specialist for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Center for Telehealth, which is designated as a Telehealth Center of Excellence by the Health Resources Services Administration. She provides oversight for the clinical operations of the MUSC school-based telehealth program and provides patient care via telehealth to children across the state of South Carolina who are enrolled in the program.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Garber works closely with health care providers throughout the state of South Carolina and the nation, providing telehealth education and consultative services to implement telemedicine into a variety of disciplines. Dr. Garber is a published author and an accomplished presenter at the local, state, and national level on the topic of telehealth, with a particular focus on telehealth and advanced practice nursing, integration of telehealth into graduate nursing programs, and school-based telehealth.

Dr. Garber serves in leadership positions in statewide and national professional organizations and is a member of the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
