Jodi Riggs, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. Years later, she went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Arizona State University. Dr. Riggs has over 10 years of experience in the field of pediatric nursing, which contributed to her desire to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. She completed a 6-month pediatric urgent care fellowship and gained the skills and competencies to provide acute care in a high-acuity, fast-paced outpatient pediatric urgent care setting.
Dr. Riggs works in collaboration with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a clinical advisor, assisting with case investigations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her duties include overseeing a team of investigators and providing clinical guidance to interviewers working with potential vaccine breakthrough and/or reinfection cases.
