The focus of this session will be challenging case studies in adult trauma care, specifically highlighting the multidisciplinary care required of the acutely injured. Topics for discussion include management of patients with solid abdominal organ injury, patients with retained hemothorax following blunt chest injury, management of patients with blunt cerebrovascular injury, among others.
