OUR TERMS

• When registering for a live course, please make sure all of your information is correct, including the spelling of YOUR NAME. If there are any errors, please email us immediately. The name provided by PayPal will be used for your CE Certificate. Note: There is a $20 replacement fee if you do not notify us that the attendee’s name is different from that which we received by PayPal confirmation!

• If paying by check and regular mail, confirmation and specific course location/hotel information will be EMAILED upon receipt of the registration fee.

• Registration fees received 2 weeks prior to the first day of the applicable course will be assessed a $50 late fee.

• On-site registrations are accepted and will include $50 on-site registration fee in addition to the current course price.

• If a registrant is unable to attend a course, Barkley & Associates must be informed in writing, including a signature, no later than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the applicable course. In this case, a refund may be requested. An administrative fee of $75 will be deducted from the amount originally paid for the course.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations received four weeks or less prior to the first day of the applicable course.

• Refunds are not allowed for special group discounted course rates.

• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of refund request.

• Prices and exact course run times are subject to change at any time and without notice.

• Once enrolled for a particular course, an attendee may choose to change to a different venue/city by submitting a check/money order for $75 to Barkley & Associates requesting such change no later than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the applicable course.

• In the very unlikely event of a course cancellation, the registrant’s full course registration fee will be refunded. However, Barkley & Associates will not be responsible for additional inconveniences or revenue losses, including but not limited to airline/transportation costs, hotel cancellation policies, or other potential gains from advanced registration.

• In regard to our CD home-study courses, once the CDs are ordered, refunds are not allowed. Defective CDs will gladly be replaced/exchanged however, Barkley & Associates must be informed about the defect within 7 days of receiving the CD package.

• If you purchase the wrong CDs Home Study set:

o Processing/restocking fee of $25 will apply.

o New CDs and/or handouts will not be shipped until the originally shipped set is returned.

o All additional shipping/insurance charges associated with returning the wrongfully ordered set will apply.

• Lost CEU certificates will be replaced for a fee of $20. Click here to request a replacement CEU certificate.
 

Contact Hours of Continuing Education Accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

Check with your state board of nursing regarding contact hours being applicable for specific requirements.
