• Barkley & Associates guarantees that attendees will pass their initial certification exam as long as the exam is taken no less than 3 weeks and no more than 3 months following graduation or taking a Barkley & Associates live review course (whichever comes last). An attendee who does not pass is entitled to one free repeat enrollment in a Barkley & Associates course within 3 months following notice of failure. 

• Stipulations

  • Barkley & Associates must be notified in writing within 3 weeks of receipt of the score report. 

  • Free repeat enrollment is offered only during the immediate 3 month period after first-time exam results are received by the attendee. No refunds allowed. 

  • In the event that the same course is not offered by Barkley & Associates in said 3 month period, the customer will be eligible for CD package at no cost.
